Our free after-school violin programs give children a safe, structured, and supportive space to explore their creativity. Classes take place right on campus, led by experienced adult instructors and guided by middle and high school mentors who serve as positive role models.

Who are the mentors, and how are they selected?
Stringify mentors are dedicated middle and high school students who are passionate about music and helping others learn. Each mentor goes through a selection and training process to ensure they’re responsible, supportive, and ready to teach. Mentors receive guidance throughout the program to maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment for all students. Besides mentors, there are verified adult teachers. These teachers have a comprehensive bacground in music answill ensure oyur child gets the best possible out of Stringify.
How long does the program last, and what is the time commitment?
Stringify offers flexible scheduling based on school calendars and student availability. Most students meet with their mentors once or twice a week for about 25-30 minutes per session. The program typically runs throughout the semester, giving students plenty of time to build meaningful connections and lasting musical progress.
Is there a cost to participate in Stringify?
Stringify’s goal is to make music accessible to every child, regardless of financial background. Many of our programs are free or low-cost, thanks to community partnerships, volunteer mentors, and scholarship opportunities.
